Mr Chubo Sindaza
Managing Director
The managing Director of Yasar Forecourt Solutions Mr Chubo Sindaza has been holding the position since the company’s inception. He is a shareholder and an active director of Yasar. Having worked in the Petroleum service industry for over ten years now, he has managed to put together and lead the ever-growing and vibrant team that has made Yasar what it is today. Mr Chubo Sindaza in his young years first studied Accounts (NATECH) at the National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA) in Lusaka Zambia and further obtained qualifications as a Computer Engineer and also as an Electrical & electronics Engineer.
- Worked as a Support Engineer for Posbase Technology Botswana from 2008 to 2011. Posbase specialises in the installation and support of Forecourt Automation Systems and has signed SLAs with several OMCs. During his tenure at Posbase Botswana, he interacted and became a Pro in different FSC systems including BCX’s Win Branch and Stowe’s NETPOS. He left Posbase Botswana occupying a senior Engineer’s position.
- Became Country Manager for Posbase Technology Zambia from2012 to 2016. Elected as director and board member for Posbase Technology Zambia in 2017.
- Established and became a shareholder for Posbase Technology DRC in 2014. Still an active Director for Posbase Technology DRC.
- Established and became Managing Director for Yasar Forecourt Solutions from 2015 to date.
Special Projects managed and Commissioned by Mr Chubo Sindaza include;
- Automation of seven Engen Sites in Tanzania in the year 2010.This was the first multisite projected to be installed and commissioned by Mr Chubo Sindaza.
- Installation and Commissioning of Gilbarco’s POSTED Tagging system at 23 Engen sites in the Democratic Republic of Congo in2013. First record holder Engineer to be able to integrate GILBARCO’s Postec FC equipment to the WinBranch Attendant Tagging system.
- Integration of GILBARCO POSTEC FC Equipment to WinBranch system at six Engen sites in Libreville Gabon.
Mr Mooya Bbwanni
Operations Manager
Mr Mooya Bbwaani is a seasoned and qualified electrical and electronics Engineer who has built his carrier around Forecourt Service and maintenance for over seven years now. His vast experience in forecourt maintenance services is what has contributed to Yasar’s fast growth in its past three years of existence. His exceptional knowledge of various brands of Retail fuel vending equipment is what has built the confidence that Yasar is enjoying from its various trusted clients.
- Mr Mooya Bbwaani’s career started when he joined Chiluya Enterprise Limited company as a Forecourt maintenance technician in 2011 until 2013. At the time, Chiluya Ltd was offering forecourt maintenance services to Engen Petroleum Zambia, Kobil Oil Zambia Ltd and other OMCs and commercial sites.
- In 2014 he joined MIGRA Enterprises Limited in the capacity of a senior Forecourt Maintenance Engineer. MIGRA was subcontracted by PROWALCO to offer Forecourt maintenance Services to PUMA ENERGY Zambia.
- In 2015 Mr Mooya Bbwaani co-founded Yasar Forecourt Solutions with the managing director Mr Chubo Sindaza. Mr Mooya Bwaani is a shareholder and an active director of Yasar Forecourt Solutions Ltd.
Mr Hillary Chikatula
General Manager
Mr Hillary Chikatula has been in the oil industry since 2012 when he started working for Migra Enterprises as an Asset Manager and later as Assistant Accountant, apart from being an office holder at that time, his interest in forecourt maintenance works grew when he started auditing technicians in the field and later learnt how to work on curbside pumps, tank installation and forecourt canopies. Being in the industry for over 6 years now prompted him to be one of the co-founders of Yasar forecourt solution in 2015 and he is an active director of the said company.
His duties are as follows:
- Communicate and embody the company vision and values
- Define and implement policies and performance standards
- Evaluate employee performance and provide additional coaching and support as needed
- In charge of the company’s adherence to HSE requirements and standards.
- Assess departmental and company performance and devise plans for improvement
- He is in charge of SLA contractual works, monitoring and evaluating performance
